Earth Day - No Year

Earth Day and Energy Efficiency go hand in hand. Both have a core value of taking care of the earth to ensure it has a brighter future. The definition of energy efficiency is to reduce the amount of energy required to provide products and services. The cleanest energy is the energy that is never produced because of reduced demand.

To celebrate Earth Day, the Department of Energy has several resources on their website and are accepting questions via a Google Hangout. To check out their events, head to http://energy.gov/earth-day

We here at BOC would love to hear how you are celebrating Earth Day with your organization, especially if it has to do with reducing your energy use and maximizing the efficiency of your facility. Comment below to let us know what you are doing today (or every day!) to better care for the Earth.
